By purchasing one of our products, we provide support via e-mail as well as via our online form.

Note: Updates/improvements for our pruducts versions are always free of charge.

Write us an inquiry, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you. If a problem is complicated and we can’t solve it by email, we will be happy to help you with the problem on your computer (PC). (This help only applies to our products and only in German language.) … to deal with them. We do not provide help for third-party software.

Additional information

Help for older versions including full version 5 has been discontinued. It is also not possible to install the current GcMail version 9 over these old versions, because they are not compatible with the new version 9. We do not support our freeware version.

Operating system Windows XP

Please note that Microsoft’s support for the Windows XP operating system was discontinued on April 8,2014. For more information, see the Microsoft website
