For new installation of the operating system
Was your hard disk defective and you had to reinstall the operating system!
Of course, this procedure only works if the data archive was saved on an external hard disk.
Perform a new installation of GcMail Archive.
- Select the Archive tab and Extras/Options.
- Click the “Change directory” button and select the directory/disk where your archive data is located.
Select GcMailArchive and confirm by clicking on the “OK” button. A dialog will appear that will inform you that GcMailArchive will be closed and started. After that you can use GcMailArchive as usual.
